NUGA

A pregnancy & postpartum companion

Pregnancy is unpredictable. Your next step shouldn't be.

NUGA keeps your pregnancy and your baby's first year in one place — and each day, it tells you the one thing worth doing next.

Free to log, always. Every new account gets a week of Premium.

01The first weeksWeeks 4–13

Ask anything, any hour. NUGA already knows your week.

Ask about a test, a symptom, what this week tends to feel like. Answers come back in plain language, built from your own readings, your plan and what you've told NUGA before — and it can add a task, log a feed or set a reminder for you.

  • It knows your weekYour readings, your plan, your due date. You never re-explain them.
  • It does thingsSay “add the 2-month checkup to my tasks” and it's done, with an undo.
  • It knows its limitsNUGA doesn't diagnose. When something sounds urgent, it points you straight to your care team.
Ask NUGA: a parent asks whether her blood pressure rising from 108 to 131 over three weeks is worth worrying about, and NUGA answers from her own logged readings, saves the question for her checkup, and says when to call her care team
02Settling inWeeks 14–27

A letter for the week you're in.

The day each new week begins, a short letter arrives: what's coming up, last week in a few numbers, and one thought worth having. After birth, it follows your baby's age instead.

03The last stretchWeeks 28–40

Ready for the day — and never alone at 3am.

Count kicks, time contractions with a nudge at 5-1-1, pack four bags, and walk into every visit with your questions saved. When you can't sleep, Neighbors puts you with parents in the same week as you — anonymously.

Neighbors at night: the Week 30 room, with a request to connect from another parent and posts from parents in weeks 28 to 30, shown by first name and city only
04Day one, and afterBirth & postpartum

Your baby arrives. NUGA changes with you.

Record the birth and the whole app turns to what matters now: feeds on one clock, naps and nights, a gentle “feed's probably due” estimated from what you've logged, and check-ins on how you're healing. Your partner logs from their own phone.

NUGA's Feeding screen: a 24-hour clock of the day's feeds, time since the last feed, the week's feeds by day, and Left, Right, Bottle and Solids buttons
05Looking backYour Journey Book

One day, this becomes the story you tell.

NUGA lays out every entry, bump photo and appointment as a magazine-style book. Keep it as a PDF, or have it printed and bound in hardcover.

Privacy

Private by design, and clear about what it is.

NUGA gives guidance based on what you share with it — it doesn't diagnose or replace your care team. Here's how it handles everything else.

Your data stays yours

Delete any profile or your whole account from Settings — instantly, no waiting period, no email required. No advertising SDKs, and nothing sold, ever.

Works without a signal

A kick, a journal note, an appointment — everything you capture saves on your phone and syncs when you're back online. Nothing waits on good reception.

What the AI sees

Ask NUGA and the briefing get only the text needed to answer, via Google Gemini — never your insurance or health ID. Voice notes are transcribed on your device; the audio is only kept if you choose to save the recording with an entry.

Made for tired eyes

Honors your device's reduced-motion setting, and scales with your text-size preference up to large accessibility sizes.

Common questions

A few things people ask before joining

What's included free vs. Premium?

Everything you log is free, forever — and every new account gets all of NUGA for its first week. After that, Premium ($7.99/month, $39.99/year, or the $79.99 one-time Founding Pass) is NUGA noticing what matters in what you log: unlimited Ask NUGA that can add, log and remind for you; what it noticed in your patterns and what to do about it; your check-in trends, week and month summaries and monthly reflection; every week's milestones, unlimited bump photos, your birth plan and Journey Book; and sharing with your whole support team. The full breakdown is in the pricing section above.

Is my health data private?

Yes. What you record stays yours. Voice notes are transcribed on your device; the audio is only saved if you tap "Keep the recording" on an entry. Ask NUGA and the daily briefing send only the text needed to answer — never your insurance or health ID — to our AI provider, Google Gemini. We never sell your personal information. Full details are in our Privacy & Data policy.

Can my partner follow along?

Yes — and do more than follow. Share a single-use invite code from Settings and your partner joins from their own phone: they can log feeds, sleep and diapers, take on tasks you assign (and hand some back), message you, and see the journal, kicks, appointments and milestones. Each of you gets a notification when the other does something that matters, and both respect your quiet hours.

Does Nuga still help after the baby arrives?

Yes. Switch to Postpartum mode in Settings any time, and Nuga's Home screen becomes feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping, growth, and more — the same companion, not a separate app.

What does the Founding Pass cover?

It's a single payment that unlocks full Premium for your pregnancy through postpartum — no subscription, no automatic charge, ever. Nothing renews in the middle of the newborn weeks.

Do I get anything for inviting a friend?

Yes. Every NUGA account has its own invite code in Settings → Invite Friends. A friend who signs up with it gets a free month of Premium — and the first time someone joins with your code, so do you.

The months you'll never forget deserve a companion that never loses the thread.

On Android? We'll email you when NUGA lands there.

Premium is $7.99 a month or $39.99 a year — or the Founding Pass, $79.99 once, with nothing to renew.
